Dispatch needs to educate themselves on the business. Called in specifically asking about soft grass. They said it wouldn't be a problem. They were about to send a regular tow truck for my camper. They called me back after taking my money and realized they needed to send a flatbed. I was told it would happen within an hour. Ended up waiting 3. When the truck showed up they didn't call me, just hauled it away and didn't find out until my friend called me at the destination. At this point it was about 9pm, and my friend was upset because the tow guy knocked on his door when he was supposed to call me instead. Couldn't place the van on the grass because it was too soft. Tow guy was aggressive with me until he finally let me speak long enough to explain that I was upset with the dispatch and company on the whole rather than him specifically. He obviously doesn't realize that he's the face of the company when customer service is part of his job. I asked for a refund and was initially told I wouldn't get one. I asked the tow guy to call the office to confirm. They finally offered a 50% refund. I called in a couple days later asking to have the van towed to another location and forego the

I am commercial truck driver and they showed up and resolved my issue without needing a tow possibly. Very knowledgeable and professional team. We'll worth the money for a short fix amd back on the road.

Lenny and Lucian were professional and made me feel reassured that they’d get me out. 10/10 service these are the best guys you want taking care of your stuck vehicle!! The knew exactly what they were doing and i was in a hairy situation. THANKS GUYS!

Got a tow through AAA, the guy who showed up was very nice and got here faster than I expected. They call you with alerts and are very caring. Thank you Union St Tow for helping me out!

They don’t wear a cape but they could! A strange thing happened on the highway, my muffler pipe came off and wrapped around the rear axle… and I came to quick stop. I was frustrated on the phone with waiting for my insurance (30 minute)reply/call back. I googled and decided to call Union Street Towing directly. I explained my situation, and he replied “ sounds like we need to cut the pipe”.. 15 minutes later.. UST’s truck arrived, Marc the technician chuckled and said “ I’ve never seen anything this, and I race cars” .. he pulled out his electric saw, and with 10 minutes I was ready to get back on the road before the snow storm on a Sunday evening! CALL THESE GUYS FIRST!
